Welcome to the Winchelsea Learning Centre (WLC) PAC!

If you are a parents/caregiver of a student attending the Collaborative Education Alternative Program (CEAP) or Parksville Alternate Secondary School (PASS), then this is YOUR Parent Advisory Council (PAC).

The PAC is the official voice for parents/ caregivers at school level. Your  PAC consists of a Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, member a large, a cosignatory for cheque signing as well as our regular attendees. The principal also attends our meetings and updates us with any pertinent news.

We strive to have a representative from each grade level: elementary, middle and high school to join our team.

WLC PAC meetings take place once a month at WLC.
